About this listen

Beatrice enters the renowned city of Durga, home of the Knights. When she arrives she encounters a large crowd. It appears they were expecting her. The mayor leads her to a competition that her “emissaries” have arranged for her. The winner of the competition will be the knight chosen to accompany her on her journey. How did they know she was coming? Who are these "emissaries"? What is going on?
