傑佛瑞・曼徹斯特（Jeffrey Manchester），綽號「屋頂人」（Roofman），是一名以從建築物屋頂潛入商店行竊而聞名的美國竊盜犯。2000年代初期，他多次鎖定大型零售店作案，並最終被警方逮捕入獄。
2004年，曼徹斯特從監獄成功逃脫，在外躲藏數月，甚至曾藏身於一家玩具反斗城（Toys “R” Us）的牆壁夾層中生活。最終警方追蹤到他的行蹤並再次將他逮捕。這起案件因其離奇的逃亡方式與大膽的犯罪手法而引起廣泛關注。
