The stone was rolled away and an angel was there who told them Jesus had risen from the dead and they will see him alive in Galilee. Jesus appeared to the women and the apostles. Jesus gave the apostles the Great Commission; Jesus rose in front of them and was taken back to heaven as sat at the right hand of God; the apostles went out and preached about Jesus everywhere.
