About this listen

In this episode, I share a deeply personal part of my journey—one that began with frustration and ended in freedom. After years of learning about holistic health and doing all the “right” things, my body still felt inflamed and worn down. Post-pregnancy, nothing was working anymore—not even the healthy habits I once relied on.

I cried out to Jesus, and He revealed something deeper. I wasn’t broken needing to be fixed —I was wounded and needed to be healed. What I needed wasn’t another cleanse or detox, but true healing. Emotional healing. Heart healing. Healing only He could lead me through.

This episode is for the woman who feels tired, stuck, or like she’s doing all the right things but still feels heavy and burdened. It’s for the one who’s ready to stop fixing and start healing—with Jesus at the center of it all.

If you’ve ever felt like your body is tired, your soul is heavy, or your efforts just aren’t enough… this episode is for you. Let’s talk about releasing the weight we were never meant to carry and discovering what healing really looks like—with Jesus at the center of it all.
