Moving to another country can be very challenging. Settling into a new country can even be more confronting. Suddenly, you feel like a fish out of water and you’re left to navigate your way through for survival.
Culture shock is defined as “the feeling of disorientation experienced by someone who is suddenly subjected to an unfamiliar culture, way of life, or set of attitudes.”
In this episode, Aisha and Busola will be sharing some of their culture shock experiences and how they were able to navigate through these issues when they moved into their respective new countries.
