About this listen

This month we have a special extra episode in preparation for our Watercooler Expo attendance. In this episode our resident tamer Ross is joined by Simon Nichols, Founder of Thrive.

Here is an introduction to our amazing guest...

So after spending 26 years in corporate IT sales and marketing, Simon realized the time was right to pursue his passion in helping people to manage their mental health better and to help recognize poor mental health in others.

Now using the skills gained during his time at the large multinationals as a senior management position, Simon had a unique insight into how organisations and management treat mental ill health. He now helps individuals and companies to embrace good mental health work practices.

Simon founded Thrive in 2019 with a sole aim to help one person at a time. To make one person's life better each day. After developing the Neurodiversity in the Workplace training in 2021, Simon went on to discover that he himself had ADHD.

Thrive have now enabled over 3, 000 people and 60 companies to learn more about the importance of neurodiversity in the workplace and help make the world a more inclusive place.
