Pomegranate French 75 (Energy: new beginnings, growth, prosperity)

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 2 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • Sparkling wine

Directions:

Combine the gin, pomegranate juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds until chilled. Strain the mixture into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with desired amount of pomegranate seeds.
