Hello Queen welcome back to another episode! In this episode, I discuss 8 ways to help break generational patterns when it comes to your children especially when we as mothers are unlearning a lot of old patterns that may have harmed us growing up. Below I will list all eight. My apologies because I ended up meshing in number 6 & 7.

1. Get in the word with your children.

2. Pray over your children.

3.Establish healthy habits in your home.

4. Move with your kids.

5. Compliment them on their character more than their physical appearance.

6. Stay away from making comments about body image of others or yourself around them.

7. Watch how you talk about yourself or receive compliments about your body in front of them.

8. Let them see you exercise out of love not punishment.
