Welcome back to another episode! Today I want to help you renew your mindset around the all or nothing way of thinking when it comes to fitness. If you find yourself always telling yourself I will start until Monday, or you miss a day and start over every time and never move forward, then this maybe you when it comes to fitness.
I want to encourage you that you can renew your mindset in this area because I have done it too. I had this mindset for years around fitness and all it did was keep me frustrated and discouraged. I pray this episode blesses you.
