Over some fine wine, we joyfully talk about his bike club - BSG. Founded in the midst of a pandemic, they put the pedal to the metal and have created a huge community of enthusiastic bikers, riding for fun, fitness, and purpose. We make strong connections between biking and mental health while dropping numerous life gems ( get your notepads out! ). This episode is full of hearty laughter and energy.
