What was originally planned to be a simple convo about the year ahead and how he hopes his team will succeed instead turned into a very eye-opening conversation about how smaller division 1 athletic programs like JSU have to schedule and recruit. Both of these aspects of program building requires Williams to compete with NCAA Basketball goliaths like Kentucky and Houston.
