About this listen

Dr. Michael Richard Cauley received his Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and his Doctor of Ministry from Andrews University. He is now a Doctoral Student in the Doctor of Management (DM) Program at the Weatherhead School of Management of Case Western Reserve University. He is also a DM Fowler Center Fellow of the Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit and a DM Nonprofit Management Fellow of the Weatherhead School of Management. Michael, an ordained minister, pastored congregations in Washington, Texas, and Tennessee before transitioning to his work as a practitioner-scholar. He is currently CSO at Cohort4Care and Associate Professor of Professional Studies at Lipscomb University.
