Was geht uns in medizinischer Hinsicht eigentlich alles verloren, wenn wir den Regenwald abholzen?
Diesmal geht es ausschließlich um die Pflanzen und ihre Inhaltsstoffe, insbesondere den sekundären Pflanzenstoffen. Generell schauen wir uns aber auch - wie in der Vorlesung - einmal die 4 großen Biomolekülklassen etwas genauer an: Nukleinsäuren, Lipide, Proteine und Kohlenhydrate unter die Lupe genommen.
