Welcome to Episode 10 of "Read Along Radio".

As we mentioned in Episode 9 of "Read Along Radio", T Heights will be signing Robin Kould and Mary Yen Rescue books in Wausau, Wisconsin on December 13, 2025. The Wausau Barnes and Noble Bookstore and T Heights will be teaming up to support The Humane Society of Marathon County.

Barnes and Noble will contribute a percentage of their net sales to the Humane Society of Marathon County. AND all of the profits from the Robin Kould and Mary Yen Rescue book sales will be donated to them.

The mission of the Humane Society of Marathon County is to inspire and engage the community to end animal suffering and commit to responsible pet ownership. You can help them help homeless pets by purchasing books from Barnes and Noble on December 13!

So, make your list of “want to read or gift” books and mark your calendar to purchase them on December 13. You don’t have to be in the store. You can make your purchases online from anywhere. Just remember to use the voucher number 1, 2, 9, 2, 2, 9, 6, 9, at the bottom of the screen when you check out, so the Humane Society of Marathon County gets the credit.

The Humane Society of Marathon County hosted a Book Signing/Book Fair last year just before Thanksgiving. Judy, a former manager of the Humane Society, told the heartwarming story of a dog rescue that was included in Episode 9 of “Read Along Radio”.
