On this episode of the Welcome Home Podcast we interviewed Tommy Marshall, a Navy PBR River Rat and Boatswain. He is one of the few who witnessed the bay of pigs invasion in person, as well as raising a family, serving in Vietnam, and finishing his career on the USS Wisconsin in Conflict Desert Storm. Tommy is a purple heart recipient and amputee, just like my grandfather was. Since meeting Tommy, he has been an inspiration for me to work harder, pursue my goals, and not take life for granted. I hope y'all enjoy our conversation.
