Excellent for encouraging sleep
I have been using this sleep sounds series for a week now, and I am finding it very effective.
Shamier’s voice is calming. At the start he can sometimes feel a little bit fast but he does get slower and calmer as he continues. His story usually goes for about 6 minutes and then the rest of the time involves lovely nature sounds that are a nice level of loudness.
