Season 1 of the official Fischer-Z Podcast will be called 'Now & Then'. John chose this name to celebrate both the 50th anniversary of the band forming in 1976 and to talk about the upcoming new album in September.
Episode 1 starts with John Watts outlining why and how he chose his favourite 24 songs from all albums released so far. Be it Fischer-Z, John Watts, J.M. Watts, The Cry or Watts, it's always John at it's core. In this episode John goes on to talk about the origins of Fischer-Z and his first single 'Pretty Paracetamol', what the song is about, what was happening in the band initially and the episode finishes with a very special interview with co-founder Steve Skolnik.
