This episode was really fun for me because I got to chat with Tina Ross. Tina is an energy healer and Reiki master. I have worked with Tina myself for a few years now to work through some of my physical and emotional trauma. From fertility all the way up to most recently, my birth trauma experience.
And so it was really fun to get to know her story, her journey, and learn a bit more about her. Tina shares details of her journey healing from divorce, finding her intuition, connecting with Reiki energy, and becoming disconnected from her physical body during child birth. Her story is really fascinating and full of insights that any of us can apply to our own healing journey.
