In this Season 1 Finale dropping the week of the national title game between Ohio State and Alabama, we go back 25 years to another #1 vs #2 matchup. Both Nebraska and Florida came into the 1996 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl undefeated although they achieved their dominance in different ways. Nebraska had a strong running game led by QB Tommie Frazier and I-Back Lawrence Phillips while Florida had QB Danny Wuerffel and his talented WR corps leading coach Steve Spurrier's "Fun N Gun". Even reminiscing on this game 25 years later and seeing Nebraska's dominant performance, it's clear why this Cornhusker team is widely regarded as perhaps the greatest college football team of all time.
