從河北邯鄲走出來的90後女孩秦夢，看起來明亮、開朗、獨立，其實走過一段艱苦的成長過程。
因為從小缺乏安全感，讓她以爲必須不斷用「好表現」來證明自己的價值，換取周遭人的友誼、肯定與愛。
直到她有一天聽見上帝無條件的愛，像一盞燈在她心裡無聲點燃。她開始加入教會、參加查經班、禱告，試著認識這位願意接納她全部的神。
信仰旅程中，秦夢除了外在壓力之外，也曾陷入漫長的內戰：報復性節食與暴食的飲食障礙症，來來回回共十年。
