2026年最初の Yoga Off the Mat
今年は京都で静かに年末年始を過ごしました。2024年に骨折した上腕骨に入っていたロッドを取り除く手術を受け、回復の時間を大切にしています。
日常では気にならなくても、ヨガでは感じていた小さな制限。手術は無事に終わり、今は少しずつ練習に戻っています。
2026年の私の意図は「学び、与えること」。
