 Dal 1° aprile al 1° luglio 1961, durante la seconda trasferta ad Amburgo, i Beatles si sono esibiti al Top Ten Club: il locale è stato chiuso nel 1995. La formazione ufficiale era composta da John, Paul che ogni tanto si esibiva al pianoforte, George e Pete. I fans dei Beatles che frequentavano il Kaiserkeller li hanno seguiti anche quando hanno iniziato a suonare nel nuovo locale. Astrid ha contribuito a migliorare l’immagine dei Beatles ad Amburgo, sia nel modo di vestire che nel taglio di capelli.
