About this listen

In this episode, we talk to community members from culturally diverse backgrounds about their positive and negative experiences of living in Australia. We also talk to Andrea, an expert in 'unconscious bias'. Unconscious bias is the hidden thoughts that can lead to racial discrimination, often without us realising it. Can we unlearn the hidden bias we all have? Andrea shares solutions for individuals and workplaces to reduce bias and promote cultural understanding.
