Developing the willingness and ability to ‘let go’ of unhelpful thoughts, judgements, feelings and emotions is central to the practice of mindfulness. But the concept of letting go is fraught with myth and misinterpretation. In this episode, I’ll share some useful distinctions for what mindfully letting go really means. Listen out for the subtle change of language you can experiment with to make letting go a more easeful process.
