Per prevenire simili tragedie, è stato avviato un progetto di messa in sicurezza del fiume Potenza. A seguirne l’andamento è stata una classe dell’istituto agrario di Macerata, che ha studiato dati, intervistato esperti e approfondito il funzionamento dei finanziamenti europei.
