It’s finally time to fly. We’ll be going through security, setting foot on the plane and fitting ourselves into our seat. Perhaps you’re fully prepared: you’ve thought about your carry-on luggage and what to keep with you throughout the flight; perhaps you’ve done a few exercises to connect with your rational side, you’ve avoided reading things that would just increase your sense of panic. Commander Andrea Nobile is here to give some more useful information: why you have no reason to fear turbulence, for example.
