Comincia l’ultima tappa del nostro viaggio, che però potrebbe tranquillamente essere anche la prima… Generazione F. come Freelance, F. come Futuro.
Ma se parliamo di community, e noi anche di questo parliamo, qual è la cosa più importante da tenere presente? Per come la vedo io, non esiste community, movimento, evoluzione, senza apertura. Senza abbattimento di un bel po’ di confini. Border-less, d’altronde. Credo che l’apertura vada sempre coltivata, alimentata e assolutamente spinta. Un’apertura a 360°. Soprattutto verso il nuovo. Soprattutto verso il futuro.
È così che in Borderless piano piano ci siamo allargati. Dapprima un gruppo di pochi, nel giro di qualche anno quasi triplicati. La novità è linfa, la novità è ossigeno. La novità è, per tornare a noi, Generazione F. Per caso ma forse nemmeno troppo, mentre strutturavo questo podcast ricevevamo delle candidature spontanee per fare parte di Borderless Collective. La Generazione F. incalza. E noi, beh, siamo qui per questo…
