About this listen

This week I freestyle a little bit on a subject that’s close to me and that’s, taking ”L’s”. I’ve experienced many L’s in my life and I didn’t figure out the lessons in those losses until wayyyy later. So I decided to share my thoughts and give insight on how to identify and over come losses. Let’s face it, we all experienced a L before  so let’s turn that loss into a lesson!

  • Checkin In:
  •
  •   Last week's challenge of consistency completed! I challenged myself on being on time and staying consistent for a week! How did you all do? Let me know!

Go getters Fact: Taking a “L” will happen forever in our lives and it's up the person on the receiving end to take it as a lesson or a defeat.

 Main topic: Taking A “L”

  • What is a considered a lesson ( anything we experience over and over that’s a negative impact)
  • How to identify a lesson in a loss.
  • Why do we continue to experience “L’s” over and over
  • How to over come L’s and avoid depression ( counting blessings)

Tighten up challenge of the week:

Identify your area of taking L’s and be on the look out for the next

lesson!

A wiseman/woman once said:

  • Sometimes you must hurt in order to know, fall in order to grow, lose in order to gain, because most of life greatest lessons are learned through pain.- idk
