In this episode I visit with Kylie Hein about getting unstuck in your spiritual life and creating a habit of prayer in the everyday. Kylie is a Certified Catholic Mindset Coach and a Certified Spiritual Director. In her practice she draws from her experience as a wife and mother to help clients learn to pause from the busyness of their day so that they can do more in less time, be present with their families, and stay focused on the things that matter most. She has her Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and secondary education which she used for 13 years as an educator and coach. Kylie also has a Masters degree in Ministry. Plus, she shares her experience and knowledge in a weekly podcast called Persistence In Prayer.
