Happily married to Tony, she is also at the beck and call of rescued black cats Antonio, NiNi, Gus, and Jack Henry. Based in Wheeling, WV, Julie works with people worldwide. She enjoys hiking, reading, learning about environmental and animal issues, and baking. Julie serves as Vice President of the Friends of the Ohio County Public Library.The bathtub is her woman cave.
