Recipe:
500 ml water
2 tbsp Kenyan black tea
5 cm fresh ginger, grated
1 cinnamon stick
6 cardamom pods, crushed
4 cloves, crushed
2 tbsp sugar
a good dash of milk
Bring water to the boil, steep tea and spices for 5 minutes, add milk and strain.
