My guest, Poet, Teacher, Therapist and Mystic, Alanna Meredith, dreamed of trying to protect her female family and friends from a wild, toxic old crone. Later the scene shifts to dark, unruly, turbulent, roaring seas where … well, you’ll need to listen to find out!

Having lived and travelled all over the world, Alanna now makes home with her partner and young sons on a farm in Cygnet, Tasmania, Australia. Her lifelong study of art, spiritual practice, mysticism, embodiment and healing informs and inspires her work.

She says, “I find meaning in the natural world. I’m moved by the human heart and am inspired by the mysterious beauty of being here. I believe that our relationships are the most complex yet rewarding experiences of our lives and that when they feel connected, compassionate and courageous, so does our life. My life and work are in complete devotion to the relational nature of living.”
