Emily Bach is a Certified Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Health and Well-being coach who has dedicated her career to helping others achieve optimal health. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Emily developed a passion for health and fitness early on and has since become a fervent enthusiast committed to promoting wellness in her community. With nine years of experience in the hospital setting, Emily spent six years as a bedside nurse on both the medical stepdown and medical ICU units, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of patient care. She then advanced her career by working for three years as a nurse practitioner, focusing on the management of chronic diseases. Motivated by her experiences in the hospital and her desire to offer more comprehensive support to her patients, Emily founded Emily Bach Health Coaching. She recognized that her patients needed more than just a few days of hospital care and prescriptions; they needed sustainable lifestyle changes to prevent recurrent hospital visits. Emily's personal journey, which includes successfully losing 25 pounds after years of fad dieting and learning to enjoy her favorite foods guilt-free, inspired her to create a coaching practice that emphasizes balanced, sustainable health habits.
