Did you miss us? We certainly missed our conversations with you all! AND we're grateful for the break as we put into practice what we preach. During our hiatus, we celebrated our first anniversary of launching this podcast - YAY! - and also made some shifts in how we're choosing to show up, both for you and ourselves. As we've talked about in many episodes, living a life that lights you up requires choice. Because our desire & intention is to be having conversations with as many everyday humans as possible (working on learning more languages so we can let those floodgates open ;) haha), we've decided to move this podcast to a bi-weekly release. We want to show up well and sustainably, so we're creating the space to do just that. Moving forward, we'll be releasing live episodes every other Wednesday.
