About this listen
In this episode, we dive into the mirror concept: how every relationship, trigger, and attraction is revealing something about your inner world - your wounds, shadows, and unhealed parts.
You’ll learn how to spot when someone’s showing you your unhealed parts, how the people who trigger you are showing you the parts of yourself you’ve rejected or suppressed, why we often fall in love with the version of ourselves someone brings out, why our mirrors are never punishments but invitations for integration, wholeness, and self-acceptance, and how to work through them to grow and heal.
Journal Questions:
- Who in my life consistently triggers me? What part of myself might they be reflecting back?
- Who do I admire or envy the most? What qualities of theirs might already live inside me, that I'm wanting to express more?
- What “familiar patterns” keep showing up in my relationships? How do they connect to my early childhood experiences?
- What might this mirror be trying to teach me about boundaries, self-expression, or self-acceptance?
- If every person in my life is a teacher, what lessons are being offered to me right now through my closest relationships?
