About this listen

What a deeply nutritious episode this was, welcoming Nicole Collard of Embodied Sovereign Radiance to the podcast.

We chatted all things energetics and healing... about really getting INTO your body as an empath or HSP and why this is important but can be painful ... + some tools to help you with this (pick and choose - Nicole brought a lot to play with).

We spoke to just the tip of human design and how it can help you in your relationships (tho we didn't do a deep dive -- I'm thinking of having her back on to go deep on this fabulous energetic tool).

Honestly y'all - we touched on so many helpful aspects to the HSP (highly sensitive person) that my nonlinear brain can't even comprehend them all.

Just know that this conversation ended up being like a rainbow of nutritious food that you must come and taste to see what might benefit you right now, at this point along your journey.

I invite you into this space ... kick up your feet or go for a walk and breathe in some fresh air (keep that energy circulating y'all!), and use your intuition to see what resonates from our dynamic conversation that you can play with immediately after popping out of the conversation.
