Today's episode invites you to learn about whether you're more of an Introvert or Extrovert. Understanding this about ourselves, helps us to identify what can drain our energy and what gives us energy.
It's a brilliant bit of information that we need to know about ourselves, so we make the right decisions about how we spend our time and with who.
Our hormonal shifts throughout the month can also have us learning towards more introvert tendencies or extrovert. How cool is this, that we can start to know ourselves so well, that we can organise or diaries and social calendars to reflect this?!
