About this listen

Today's guest on the podcast is my Naturopath, Nutritionist, Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Herbalist. Elizabeth is not only all of these but she is also a mother, wife and all round amazing human.

She holds an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy and Western Herbal Medicine as well as a Bachelors degrees in Nutrition and Complementary Medicine and a Masters of Public Health.

Whilst living in Asia, Elizabeth worked for the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center in Bangkok, Thailand and also found herself working in the fields of zoonotic diseases and public health education.

In 2011, Elizabeth founded Vintage Health and has been helping people discover their health ever since.

This episode covers the entirety of my work with Elizabeth from the moment I walked into her practice as a broken down shell to discussing my renewed lease on life. Within this episode you will find conversations about;

- Recovery from vaccine injury using traditional Chinese medicine
- Recovery from vaccine injury using naturopathy and nutrition
- A discussion on Cordyceps, Chaga, Lions Mane and Motherwart
- Moxa
- And the process that we went through to take me from zero to now training for an        ultramarathon.

I loved having this conversation with Elizabeth and hope you will as well.
