About this listen

A deeper episode today - but one we hold very close to our hearts + a topic we believe needs to be spoken about more openly 💌

Both Rach + Izzy have been through their own mental health battles, with 1 in 6 people world wide battling mental illness in 2022.

We want our community to know they're not alone, we want them to know this is a safe space where they are valued + where they can openly speak on a topic like this. It wasn't a comfortable episode to record, with both of us needing to be very vulnerable, but we dug deep + we know it's importance + impact in our society ❤️

In our darkest days we needed to know we weren't alone + we hope by listening to this episode, you know you're not alone either 🤍

TRIGGER WARNING + DISCLAIMER: Topics of anxiety, depression, suicide + general mental health talk.
