This week we interview Dana Pautsch: a passionate promoter of mothers and women in higher education She is a department chair of Exercise Science at Judson University in Elgin, IL. She also serves as the Advancing Women in Leadership Chapter President at the college. She is also currently pursuing her doctorate in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies at Judson. We talk to her about her studies about motherhood in leadership and her desire to shape the future of leadership within higher education.
