After 10 years in the Marines, Joe decided to leave his air traffic control career behind and pursue his passion for real estate. Only 9 months into sales, Joe bought his first foreclosure and successfully flipped that property. This led to several more completed projects, eventually leading him into the Productivity Coaching role for KW Maine. In just one year as the head real estate coach, Joe brought his brokerage coaching program from closing just 5 units in January when he started, to closing 32 units by August. This relatively fast success led him into conversation with Kristan Cole, where he now serves as the Director of Productivity for her national sales team, and he is simultaneously building his own company, PCx, which stands for Productivity Coaching Expansion.
