Biträdande kyrkoledare Karin Wiborn tyckte att föredraget varit som ett pep-talk, men frågade socialministern hur detta kan översättas till ekonomiskt stöd till samfunden. Hon pekade på att det så kallade organisationsbidraget legat stilla en längre tid. Jakob Forssmed tyckte att organisationsbidrag till samfunden är en bra konstruktion, men kunde inte lova någon höjning.
Han fick också frågor om hur han såg på att vissa kommuner inte vill ge bidrag till scoutverksamhet som innehåller religiösa inslag. Det tyckte han var en fel av kommunerna.
- Det är kommuner som hamnat snett, sa han.
