Tiene una amplia trayectoria internacional , Profesora visitante en la Universidad Estatal de New Jersey, Rutgers, EEUU, Universidad de California, en Irvine EEUU y es autora de un libro El Cerebro Afectivo, en el que explica como la formación del cerebro del niño depende de todo aquello que rodea a la madre durante la gestación y de la formación del vínculo afectivo entre padres e hijos. Mari Cruz es casi setentástica y nos habla de sus planes para esta etapa de su vida que comienza pronto.
