After finishing inpatient or residential drug abuse treatment and receiving their diploma from the program, recovering addicts may not know what to do. Even if they are happy to go back to their regular routines, the adjustment may be challenging. On one day, they are watched at all times, and on the following day, they are let back into their houses. If they lack the required resources, they could soon relapse.


Fortunately, there is a different path they may take to keep on course. They may enroll in Inner Voyage Recovery Center's intensive outpatient program (IOP) so they can still be held responsible and have resources to help them. IOPs combine elements of inpatient and outpatient treatment to guarantee sobriety and act as the "middle ground" of outpatient progra
