Answer this: Why do some people pay low or no property taxes and others pay through the nose?
YOU put some work into your property and by GOD here comes the tax man.
Or....if you chose a property with a view, even if you did so in 1980...it doesn't matter folks. YOU now will pay taxes on gains you have YET To realize and my never.
NO...this system is broken. A year ago I started a movement to change the system to something more fair...now I'm not sure it can be fixed. It's time for a tax revolution. Oh wait, it's 2025: Time to Reimagine Property Taxes :)
