On today's episode, I'm excited to begin sharing more on the topic of EMPOWERMENT.
For the past month, I've been going back and forth on what it means to be empowered, how to empower someone else, and what I do to empower myself. I realized that it's a loaded question with a variety of answers and approaches.
Here I share a short story about a coaching session I had a year ago, where my coach shared a visualization tool to help me empower myself when I'd need it.
Through my coaching experiences, starting a business, and simply trying to do it all and stay motivated, I learned that when I can't empower myself, I tap into my support system and ask them to empower me.
I can't do it all, and I don't want to.
Just do you.
