Is it your child you hate, or is it you, you hate? Or is it too much that you have disconnected so much from actually embracing your emotions, that the communication from your own child expressing their emotions becomes too overwhelming for you - the parent...?

I know, is tough. Parenting is a massive life lesson and understanding with compassion who is the needy in the family, are kids too needy or are they just unseen? Can it be that the parent is the one needy and the child is simply mirroring their own needs?

So many times while at kids events we get to small talk with other parents and the inevitable casual vent may happen. We have all been there is some shape or form, but what if this time the casual conversation become a triggering on for self-reflection. We share with you the intention to empower kids "needy" emotions to healthy self-regulation. A tad left curve surprise, but what if that small trigger can ripple your family to thrive!
