About this listen

Have you ever walked into a room, sat next to someone, or laid down in bed and suddenly your body hurt… for no obvious reason?

In this episode of The Constance Messmer Podcast, I unpack Empathic ClairSensation—the Soul Sense of feeling other people’s physical sensations in your own body.

You’ll hear why this doesn’t mean you’re “dramatic” or “making it up,” and how your body is actually acting like an energetic antenna.

I share gentle ways to ask, “Is this mine or theirs?” and introduces my Awareness–Breath–Care (ABC) practice so you can respond with clarity, not panic.

I'll also talk about energetic hygiene: asking permission, setting rules for your practice, clearing cords, bubbling up in public, and remembering to swing back into your own energy after you’ve swung out to read someone else.

💫In this Episode You'll Learn:

💠What Empathic ClairSensation is and how it differs from your own physical intuition

💠How you can pick up aches, pressure, buzzing or tension that actually belong to someone near you (or someone you’re thinking about)

💠How to ask, “Is this my pain or someone else’s?” when sensations show up out of nowhere

💠Why your body can act like an energetic antenna in certain places or around certain people

💠Why permission, ethics, and clear boundaries matter when reading someone else’s physical sensations

💠How to partner with angels, guides, and your wise self so you’re not carrying everything alone

For this week’s practice, you’re invited to notice when sensations hit you sideways and ask: “Is this mine? Is it theirs? What am I meant to do with it?”

If you’re an empath, healer, or just a very sensitive human, this episode will help you understand what’s going on and how to care for yourself while still showing up for the people you love.

🔔If you laughed, sighed, or said ‘oh no, that’s me’ at any point in this episode, you’re officially invited to like this video, subscribe, follow, and share your favorite ‘my body picked this up and I did not order it’ story in the comments.
