About this listen

Listen in as I share my journey of self-discovery and evolution in my coaching business. Starting off as a nutrition consultant, I realized the impact I could make by combining my nutrition expertise with body image and mindset coaching. However, it wasn't all smooth sailing - despite launching successful programs and witnessing incredible transformations in my clients, I hit a point of resistance. But with the guidance of a business coach, I learned a valuable lesson: sometimes, it’s okay to step back, to not be in constant production mode, and simply breathe.

Pivoting in a business can be challenging, but it is often a necessary part of growth. After two years of steadfastly holding on to my identity as a Body and Nutrition Empowerment Coach, I've begun to embrace a new direction. I'll reveal how initial successes gave way to a gnawing resistance, and how it forced me to reassess my path, understand the power of self-permission, and embrace my true identity. I am filled with gratitude for the unfolding journey and eagerly anticipate where this new path will lead. I hope you'll join me as I continue to unearth new insights and grow, both personally and professionally.
