The Pink Mondo Podcast, with Petra Kereem / Episode 3: Elizabeth Cann
Former professional badminton player Elizabeth represented England from the age of 13 to 33 years old, and was ranked number 1 in England and Great Britain, with many more titles to her name. Since retiring from the sport she has turned her attention to supporting others achieve great results in their chosen field, and in life, through high performance mindset coaching, public speaking and being an advocate for alternative health and wellbeing.
It was great talking to Liz on what it really means to be a high performer and ways in which we can connect to ourselves on a deeper level. We really are much more capable than we give ourselves credit for, and Liz breaks it down into nice easy-to-digest practices that will enable us to reach our optimal state, in whatever we choose to do.
You can find out more about Liz and how you can work with her through Elizabethcann.com and follow her over on Instagram @elizabeth_cann. Check us out too @pinkmondomedia while you’re there!
